Boris Klopukh, M.D., F.A.C.S.

Boris V. Klopukh, M.D., F.A.C.S. is a well recognized board-certified expert in Urologic Surgery and one of the very few South Florida urologists fellowship-trained in minimally-invasive, laparoscopic, and robotic urologic surgery. His practice emphasizes recently FDA-approved cutting edge treatment options for both men and women and is affiliated with the best hospitals in South Florida. He utilizes the latest FDA-approved procedures and devices available to only a very few centers in the world. He provides comprehensive urological care for men and women of all ages. His specific areas of exceptional expertise include many recently-developed urology procedures to treat female and male bladder control problems and urinary incontinence including the SPARK sling system, Transobturator Sling Procedures, the MedTronics Interstim® Implant for urgency incontinence; the newly-developed DaVinci Robotic Surgical System for the treatment of prostate cancer; and minimally invasive laparoscopic techniques for the treatment of myriad urologic problems.
Dr. Klopukh is a graduate of Columbia University of New York and received his medical degree from Mt. Sinai School of Medicine in the City University of New York with honors. He completed his general surgery and urological surgery training at Parkland Memorial Hospital/Dallas Children's Medical Center at University of Texas-Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, Texas. Dr. Klopukh then practiced urology at Urology Associates of North Georgia in Atlanta as a partner. He then obtained a post-graduate fellowship training in Laparoscopy, Endourology and Minimally Invasive Surgery at Loyola University of Chicago. He has published numerous peer reviewed papers and a member of numerous Medical Societies. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Urology and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
